Health promotion, prevention and wellness.
I was raised in the Yukon Territory in Canada. My husband and I have three children, Nathan, Jannah and Malaysia. We enjoy camping, hiking, biking, walking our dogs, playing sports and reading books together.
I met my husband, Kalvin, at Southwestern Adventist College. He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast-Communications. He served as a student missionary for Adventist World Radio in Costa Rica in 1995-1996. This was our first year as newly weds. It was a great experience!
From Costa Rica, he took an internship with LifeTalk Radio in Yakima, WA. He worked for LifeTalk for 13 years. He is Studio Director at Christian Record Services for the Blind.
