I help out in the Youth class at CVC with my husband. My husband and I do respite care for CEDARS.
Before Union, I worked part-time for Southern Adventist University teaching OB and Community Health clinicals and tutoring OB. I started working at Union in June 2010.
I was raised in the Yukon Territory in Canada. My husband and I have two children, Nathan and Jannah. We enjoy camping, hiking, biking, playing sports and reading books together. After supper most every day you'll find us walking with our dog to the park to play. :)
I met my husband, Kalvin, at Southwestern Adventist College. He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast-Communications. He served as a student missionary for Adventist World Radio in Costa Rica in 1995-1996. This was our first year as newly weds. It was a great experience!
From Costa Rica, he took an internship with LifeTalk Radio in Yakima, WA. He worked for LifeTalk for 13 years. He is Studio Director at Christian Record Services for the Blind.
