LINCOLN—Darrell Scott, the father of one of the victims of the shooting at Columbine High School, will speak on Union College’s campus on Jan. 21. He has written several books, including the best seller, Rachel’s Tears. After the tragedy, Scott founded Columbine Redemption, a non-profit organization that aims to prevent school violence.
