American Heart Walk
Alternate Day Event—Wednesday, May 18

Who: Anyone interested in having a happy, healthy heart.

What: For the fifth year, Union College, in partnership with the American Heart Association, is hosting Lincoln’s Alternate Day American Heart Walk. The one-mile walk around campus will help combat American’s No. 1 killers—heart disease and stroke.

When: Noon, Wed., May 18—Rain or shine

Where: Union College, center of campus under clock tower
3800 South 48th St., Lincoln

Why: Promote healthy, happy hearts for southeast Lincoln and those who cannot make it to the Saturday event at Haymarket Park on May 14. Donations to the American Heart Association are welcome, but not required.
