To view PDF files, you need Adobe Reader. The "PDF" option allows you to view and print a form. You may submit these via fax (402.486.2566), scan then email (enroll [at] ucollege [dot] edu) or mail (3800 S. 48th St., Lincoln, NE 68506 USA). The "electronic form" option provides a Web-based form to fill out and submit online.
