Union College Library's 2012 annual report, featuring the role library public services play in students' academic achievements is now available online. Library public services include reference, interlibrary loan, classroom instruction, and the research assistance program. Through the implementation of these services, librarians have direct daily contact with students and faculty across campus assisting with research and class asssignments, and teaching library research skills in the process. The library staff also make use of programming and social media to promote the library's many services and resources. Read more about these experiences in Union College Library: Partner in Education.
