The president supports and coordinates the efforts of the other officers, chairs the ASB executive committee, and represents student interests as a participant in committee and board meetings.

Executive Vice President

The executive vice president chairs Student Senate, fulfills the duty of the president when he/she is unable, and organizes and certifies ASB elections.

Financial Vice President

The financial vice president supervises the responsible stewardship of ASB dues. He/she works with the officers to prepare the ASB budget and present it to the Student Senate, and disburse and track funds throughout the year.

Social Vice President

The social vice president is responsible for planning, executing, and cleaning up after social activities with the assistance of the other officers.

Clocktower Editor

As the executive editor, he/she works with a team to design, layout, write, illustrate, copyedit and publish Union's student newspaper.

Golden Cords Editor

As editor of the school yearbook, he/she documents the school year, coordinating working with a team for photography, writing, design and layout.

Peanut Gallery Editor

The Peanut Gallery (or "PG"), is a face book in the original sense of the phrase. Published near the beginning of the school year both in print and online, it serves as a pictorial directory. The editor is responsible for pulling the book together quickly, but with style.

The Union for Christ director, or UFC for short, works with both ASB and Campus Ministries to promote involvement in religious and service activities.

Secretary

The secretary documents and archives the actions and decisions of ASB and Student Senate and also assists other officers as needed.

Academic Coordinator

Primarily responsible for representing student academic concerns to the administration, the academic coordinator also organizes events such as debates, lectures and other learning opportunities.

International Representative
Thandani Dube

The international representative promotes diversity on campus by representing the views of international students to the student government and college administration. He/she also works with the social vice president to organize events throughout the year such as the World Cup Soccer Tournament and the Mr. and Ms. World Pageant.

Public Relations Coordinator

The public relations coordinator promotes and publicizes ASB events.

Webmaster

The webmaster manages ASB's online presence, administering both technical and creative aspects of the web site. |
