The Union College mailroom provides mail delivery service to the Union College campus and mail pickup using the U.S. Postal Services, UPS, DHL services, and FedEx services. The U.S. Postal Service picks up outgoing once a day from the mailroom. Express mail services are arranged according to the policies of each service.
Union College mailroom hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Exceptions to the above hours may occur during school breaks, holidays and summer vacation times. You may wish to call to verify open hours during these times.
*The mailroom is open the first evening of Preview Days as well as during on-campus alumni events.
The Union College mailroom is not open on the weekends. If you are expecting a time-sensitive package, please verify the delivery time with the shipper and verify the mailroom open hours by calling 402.486.2517.

Packaging - Wrapping packages is the responsibility of the sender.
The mailroom clerk will be happy to provide packaging material that is free to us—used boxes, packing papers, etc., if the materials are available. Information may also be supplied on how a box should be packed and sealed, or the clerk can supply a phone number for whatever service you are requesting so you may obtain this information.
You must supply your own packaging tape and paper. These items can be purchased in the Union College Campus Store school supply area. Or, you may use the mailroom tape, paper, etc. for a small charge.
The Union College mailroom does not assume responsibility for property damage occurring during shipment.
Packages - Packages delivered to the mailroom will be distributed only to registered students, staff or faculty. Packages addressed under any other names will be returned.
Outgoing Mail - Mail brought to the mailroom after 4:00 p.m. may not be processed until the next day.
