It's March 6; Good Morning Union

“Now to Him who is able to keep you from falling…” Jude 24

Just that phrase, accepted in the heart, does wonders for my journey with Jesus. HE IS ABLE, to keep me from falling! And if that isn’t enough, read on. “AND to present you faultless… WITH GREAT JOY!!” He doesn’t just keep me from falling AND present me faultless before His thrown—He does it with GREAT JOY!! When I reflect on my picture of Jesus JOYFULLY presenting me before the Father, perfect and complete, lacking in nothing—and when that picture includes God also smiling joyfully over me, I can’t help but respond in worship with the rest of the verse—“to Him be glory, majesty, power, and authority, now and forevermore!!”

My Bible calls this verse “Doxology”- literally “the study of glory.” The most glorious thing I can study about is how joyful God and Jesus are to be able to “keep me from falling and to present me faultless before the throne!” THAT’S worship!!

Have a great day worshipping in God’s joy over you,

Pastor Rich
