The Union College Center for Interfaith Studies and Culture invites you to participate in the following events this second semester:

Guest Lecture Series - we are excited to have Dr. William Johnsson, the former editor of "Adventist Review", joining us along with Rodney McCallum to speak about their exciting journey with interfaith relations. Hear how Rodney, an Adventist layman from Australia, came to find out how much in common he had with Muslims and how he was invited to speak to a potential viewing audience of 10 million Muslims just by befriending some local Muslims and a local imam. Dr. Johnsson will tell of his friendship that developed with this imam out of Rodney's experience. You won't want to miss these exciting presentations!

"Scriptures Study" - this will be a group that gets together on a weekly basis to read the stories that are common to the Quran and the Bible. This will meet at 7 p.m in the"Bollinger Conference Room" located in the Ortner Center.

"Religion Roundtable" - Different contemporary topics will be addressed by a guest panel representing some of the world's religions. These will be at 7 p.m. in the "Shawnee-Porter Conference Room" located in the Ortner Center.

CISC/Union College Food Drive - We will be collecting food on two Sabbaths in March for the Good Neighbor Community Center. Come out and help the underprivileged in our community.
