What is self-service?
Self-Service is your portal to information at Union. This is where you can choose your classes, contact your advisor, and receive your future grades and financial statements--all online!

Who is eligible to use Self-Service?
Students accepted to or returning to Union College are eligible to access Self-Service. Students accepted to Union will receive an e-mail or letter stating their login information (see below); returning students should already have this information. If you have not received your official acceptance letter, then contact the Office of Admissions at 800.228.4600 to inqure about your admissions status.

How do I set up my self-service account?
You must be accepted to Union in order to access Self-Service. You should have received a letter or an e-mail with your information to set up your account on Self-Service. Set up your account here using the information in your letter. (Or access Self-Service by going to www.ucollege.edu and click on the "Self-Service" link at the bottom of the screen.) You must enter your information exactly as it appears in the letter or e-mail you received from Jennifer Enos. Call the Office of Admissions at 800.228.4600 if you are accepted to Union but have not received this information.

Returning students should click on "Forgot my password" if you are not able to log in to Self-Service. Contact Information Systems (IS) at 402.486.2511 if you continue to have trouble logging in.

What if I received incorrect account information?
Enter your information exactly as it appears in the letter or e-mail you received, even if a part of it is incorrect. Then, if your first or last name or date of birth as listed is incorrect, contact the Office of Admissions at 800.228.4600 to correct the error(s).
