Staff Advanced Training Proposal
Before filling out the form, please be aware of the following parameters.
- The applicant must agree to work at Union for an additional 6 months after the program is complete, with a maximum requirement of two years after program is complete (for those with reoccurring assistance requests). If the applicant leaves early, he/she must repay Union College based on the percentage of early departure (example: eligible for 6 month required stay, leaves 3 months early = 50% of repayment due).
- The applicant must be a full-time staff member and have worked at Union for a minimum of two years.
